• The digital voucher is paid by card and is sent automatically by email as soon as your order is successfully completed

• The voucher is valid for 6 (six) months from the date of purchase.
• Once the voucher expires, any unused value cannot be refunded or extended.
• Vouchers worth more than €100 can be used up to twice, so the amount can be split across two separate purchases within the validity period.
• Vouchers worth up to €100 can be used once.
• Only one voucher can be used per order. Two or more vouchers cannot be combined.
• The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
• If your purchase costs more than the voucher’s balance, you pay the difference.
• The voucher can only be used for products offered on our website and in person at our atelier.
• If you return a product paid for fully or partly with a voucher, the amount is refunded as a new voucher, valid for the same period as the original.

We pack each of your jewelry in a felt purse, accompanied by a card, a "thank you" note, and a return | exchange | correction form. All of this is carefully placed in a mailing envelope and sealed with love.
